As an unofficial official skate magazine of the East London skate scene from Hackney and beyond Circle staff (all 15 of 'em) is hyped on the following news: 243 Support training (that is BBQ, beer & badminton) facilties at Kennyland are gonna be upgraded to Skatelite standards and a hot hot session is expected for Saturday.
Slobodan Burgher can flip the burgers as he tore his leg apart on Saturday and the boys can strecth those hot legs on a ramp and beyond. Not only that, there is some fresh cement laid down too. Fok! And the beer is always sparkling cold.

Been studying this Lakai film and I am almost surprised that the content is still - after all the hype - skateboarding. If I'd be a young up and comer I would eat my porridge, go out for two years, learn every single trick in the film, then film, and notice that everybody has arrived to exactly the same point. Fully Flared really takes the skating to the next level (how many times has that been said), moves it up two to three years down the line. But before you have time to say BANG! we will all have arrived to the future.
So MJ is the SOTY again. Good shit.

S-K-A-T-E: Wieger VW is still without a board sponsor after being wise enough to wait for the right opportunity rather than jumping the gun. His part in the whoop video is amazing, up there with the bests P-Rod, Omar Salazar's spirit and Chet Childress mouth shooting. There sure will be a lot of bidders for the ginger dutch. The film as a whole is so-so and whatever. But it was damn funny to see how much money Nike can throw at you. A pr master stroke at all the levels should shut some mouths. Very pleasant. Jeremy Rogers is on those Silver trucks. I still haven't seen anyone actually buying/riding them.
